12/27/2023 0 Comments Capture card ps4 to obsI hope I included all the necessary information. I have tried setting the properties of the video capture device to custom (it defaults to 60 fps anyway) but it didn't alter the preview nor the local recordings or stream. I'm not sure if the attached log files are the correct ones so I included the earlier timestamp one from the stream today and the latest one, I did some local recordings so they might be from that, but either way the same issue persists during a stream or during a local recording. ![]() I'm not sure if the Avermedia Stream engine, OBS, or the capture card are the problem. It continued to have this issue even after OBS closed. Additionally, when i opened OBS, RE Central was no longer able to capture my PS4 and instead tried to display a glitchy fragment of my monitor. When recording from OBS, the video file said 60 FPS but was clearly running at 30. When using the RE Central capturing software that comes with the avermedia, I was able to capture a video of the game running at 60 fps. The game im playing is running 60 fps but the preview in obs and therefore the stream (or a local recording) are seeing it at 30 fps. I have my PS4 hooked up to my primary monitor and have OBS up on a 2nd monitor. I am streaming at a bitrate of 3500 with canvas and output resolution set to 720p on OBS Studio 64 bit v 24.0.3 I'm using NVENC encoding and my PC specs are: The G元10 can at least capture 60 FPS at 720p which is what my settings are at in OBS. I'm having an issue where OBS preview is showing my video capture device (Avermedia lite gl310 capturing a regular PS4) running at 30 FPS or a framerate lower than 60 fps when it should be capturing at 60 fps.
